Conflicts of interest in the coastal area of Tonkin Gulf (Vietnamese part)

چکیده
Based on the analysis of relevant information socio-economic development characteristics 11 provinces and cities in Gulf Tonkin, ten (10) conflicts interest have been listed, analyzed, evaluated. Conflicts are classified into between sectors, conservation, localities, countries. The related to disputes marine space resources negatively impact environment. Understanding nature region reasonable solutions, especially for antagonistic conflicts, is very important sustainable Tonkin.
